My furnace died on a Saturday. What made it worse was, we experienced a drop in the outside temperature, which greatly affected the inside temperature. I informed my dad regarding this problem, he promptly supplied an electric heater and contacted Dave, the owner of Primo Heat. He responded within an hour to that call, which was excellent service. When Dave arrived, he assessed the situation, gave us the information on a high-efficiency Lennox furnace, a brochure and price. He also supplied 3 electric heaters to help maintain some heat in the house until the new furnace was operational. On Monday morning he sent in two of his installers, Matt and Kyle, who were highly qualified in their profession. The first thing they did was to lay a tarp on the floor which went from the garage to the furnace room. They were very polite, and did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything, swept the floor, and took away all of the old furnace debris, which was a big relief for me. Dave showed up at the end of the installation to check everything. He set my new thermostat and explained how to program it. The personalized service that Dave and his team provided was superb!
